“As for me, I expect everything from Providence.”

ASSOCIATE MEMBERS:
WITNESSES OF THE GOSPEL
WHO ARE THEY? TO WHAT ARE THEY CALLED?
CDP Associates are persons of all ages, cultures and diverse life situations. They are believers in the Lord Jesus and desire to be witnesses of God’s Provident Love in the Community of the Sisters of Divine Providence.
Associate Members are called to live their family, social, professional and political commitments in the spirit and according to the evangelical Way of Life discerned by John Martin Moye and passed on to the Congregation of the Sisters of Divine Providence that he founded.
The four fundamental virtues, or energies, of Divine Providence — Simplicity, Poverty, Charity and Abandonment to Providence — which Jean Martin had gleaned during his long hours of pondering the teachings of Jesus in Scripture, are the rich spirituality which we have received and are now privileged to pass on to our Associates. During these thirty years since we began the Associate Program, the Sisters of the Congregation have been privileged to have our Associates join us in our CDP family in following this rich spiritual path.
For information and acceptance into the program, please contact Sr. Mary Catherine Hunt at (859)-441-0700 ext. 308, or email her at mchunt@cdpkentucky.org.
